Hubb is a client-first business and our success is built on the principle of delivering clear benefit to you. As a rule, we only earn the same commission from all of the insurers we deal with, to avoid conflicts of interest, and our clients can see each interaction we have with the insurers, through their unique client dashboard.

It’s important to keep yourself protected, however, we feel that the traditional broker model elongates the process. Hubb's technology will allow our clients to access a secure portal that will enable them to start the claims process and make policy adjustments with ease. We believe that the current process of calling a broker and waiting for a call back is antiquated, costs our clients time and money and is completely unnecessary.
Getting What You Pay For
It is our view that the current broking model no longer delivers value to customers. Paying 30%+ commissions to simply renew your policy where it is once per year does not represent value. We're about ensuring that customers get the very best advice and service, when they need it and can see the value that we deliver against the fees that we charge.
